Read Terms and Conditions before Idea to Idea Balance Transfer
- Sender must have 90 days old number before initiating the process.
- Both Sender and Receiver have same circle cellular operator.
- In addition, to get the balance receiver should have 30 days old number.
- You can only send one time on one number.
Can I transfer balance to other Telecom Operators using Same USSD Code?
